The Women's Shelter Information System

The Women's Shelter Information System (WSIS), built on the iTrac IMS® foundation, is an efficient, highly flexible, shelter and transition house management tool. The WSIS will ensure your organization is effectively managing the information needed to create a positive and professional client experience. The WSIS features an easy to use graphical interface that is completely accessible from the internet by any device capable of launching a standard browser, numerous browsers are supported.

The WSIS provides your organization with a full suite of client and shelter management tools, including:

·        Non Residential Service Management

·        Shelter Staff Management

If your organization manages multiple shelters, WSIS provides the ability to provide a standard set of shelter functionality across all shelters and also allows individual shelters to manage unique client information related to their specific needs. Robust role based user security capabilities ensure that WSIS users can only access the shelters and client information that they are authorized to view or modify.

Multiple shelters can be managed individually, however, statistical reporting can be generated on a consolidated basis. The WSIS has extremely comprehensive and flexible client and statistical reporting functionality for individual shelters or any grouping of shelters. The ability to include only non-identifying data on statistical reports is also supported.

Client management functionality provides the ability to handle multiple intakes and manages a comprehensive client profile including; personal/family information, health and education backgrounds, law enforcement information, abuse/abuser information, departure information, etc. Case Planning and Daily Recording functionality is also provided, as well as, management of Non Residential Services.
